How do I go about hiring helium?

Do we offer credit accounts?

No at present we do not offer credit accounts.

What is your returns policy?
What to do if I’ve added the wrong address to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible on 01268 202122 or at info@heliumproducts.co.uk. If the order hasn’t been dispatched we can change the address for you. If your order has already been collected by the courier then changing the address may result in a delay and extra charges.

Can I get a lower price if I buy in larger quantities

On selected items we will offer discounts if you buy in larger quantities. This can be seen when viewing the item.

Is there a minimum order?

No, we have no minimum order. You can order as much or as little as you’d like.

Am I able to track my parcel?

Yes, DHL will send a link to track your order.
